Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 August 2026

These terms cover your use of this site and your enrolment in The Cloud Portfolio System, provided by Homebrew Henry (“we”, “us”). By enrolling, you agree to them.

What you get

The Cloud Portfolio System is a digital course. When you enrol, you get access to the modules included in your purchase, plus future modules and projects as they ship. That access does not expire and there is nothing more to pay. We may update or improve the material over time. If we ever have to move or retire the course, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to keep what you paid for.

Payment

The price is $295 (USD), unless stated otherwise at checkout. Enrolment, payment, and any applicable taxes are handled by our course platform, Teachable, and its payment processors (including Stripe), under their terms. Your access begins once payment is confirmed.

Refunds and guarantees

14-day, no-questions refund. If the course is not for you, email hello@homebrewhenry.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No forms, no hassle.

The “finish it” promise. Finish the build and submit it for your code review. If you are not happy with it, we will keep working with you, review after review at no extra cost, until it is interview ready, for as long as you keep applying the feedback and submitting your revisions. This is a promise about the quality of your project, not about whether you are offered an interview or a job.

How you can use the course

Your access is for you personally. Please don’t share your login, copy or redistribute the material, resell it, or use it to build a competing course. The course content, including text, code, and diagrams, remains our intellectual property; the code you write and the project you build are yours to use in your portfolio and career.

Results disclaimer

We’re proud of what students achieve, but we can’t guarantee a job, an interview, or any particular salary or income. Your results depend on your effort, background, and the job market. Examples and outcomes we mention are not promises. This course is education, not financial, career, or legal advice.

Availability

This is about uptime, not about how long your access lasts. We aim to keep the course available and working, but we don’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and it depends on the platforms we use, such as Teachable. Your access itself is covered under “What you get” above.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything connected with the course is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law where you live says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the course means you accept the current terms.
